Welcome to our seaside gardens on Naha Bay. A labor of love for over 35 years. A quick walk up the public dock and boardwalk, visitors to our community are invited to take a stroll in Loring gardens to see and smell our seasonal Alaskan wildflowers. We have incorporated a mix of history and beauty of Southeast Alaska in our cannery artifact garden. The Gardens are open to the public daily May - September for self guided or guided walks. Donations accepted. Beverages and light snacks available at the Lodge after your garden visit. Please call 907-254-3506 for tours and more information. Ancon Point

In the village of Loring Alaska, jets out a small point of land known by locals as the point. Historically it became known as Ancon point once the side wheel steamer Ancon wrecked on it's shores. Learn more about Ancon point and why is was called "Indian Town" at one time. Our gardens are located on "Ancon Point" overlooking the historic 1889 ship wreck in Loring Alaska.
